Requirements for membership
Membership in SAIL is open to any homeschooling family in Collin County and surrounding
areas that supports the purpose and mission statements found in Article I, Sections
2 and 3 of our By-laws.
Application Process
To apply for membership, please read the Code of Conduct. Then print and complete
the Membership Application, Release of Liability and Media Wavier:

Bring your completed Application,
Release form, Media Waiver* and your initial dues of $15 (cash or check) to a Monthly
Gathering park day between 10 and 11 am. The next Monthly Gatherings will be on and at Gabe Nesbitt Community Park, at 7001 Eldorado, in McKinney.
When you turn in your paperwork, you will be given a short orientation, a packet
with information about the group and a membership card. After your orientation,
you are welcome to stay as long as you like to get to know the other moms and kids.
*Please note: The Media Waiver
must be signed by all family members 18 years of age and older.
Membership
Once your application has been approved, you will be invited to join the SAIL Yahoo!
Group. There, you'll find specific information about all the current activities
and events for you and your family. Your membership is not complete until you accept
the invitation and join the Group.
Continuing Membership
Every February and August,
you will receive a copy of your member information. You will make corrections or
additions, if any, and return it with your semi-annual dues of $15.
